2023 TMRC Network Annual Meeting
The 2023 TMRC Network Annual Meeting will be held at the RTI International Office in Washington, D.C., December 13-14, 2023 as a hybrid meeting, with both in-person and virtual participation available via Zoom.
There will be two full days of meetings. Both meeting days will begin at 8:00am and wrap up around 5:00pm ET.

Goals of the Meeting
- To highlight the research being conducted by the TMRC Network;
- To develop collaboration amongst the TMRC Network leadership and teams;
- To inform the TMRC Scientific Advisory Group of activities and progress; and
- To inform collaborators of TMRC accomplishments.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference. If you have not already secured a reservation, please book your room prior to Sunday, November 1st.
Note that accommodations for SAG members have been secured.
Meals
To accommodate a full agenda, a boxed lunch will be provided each day. You will be able to order food for lunch each morning of the meeting.
The hotel rooms do not come with a complimentary breakfast, however there are both a Starbucks and a restaurant, Fire and Sage, within the hotel.
No Host Social Hour
There will be a no host social hour at the Marriot Metro Center Hotel Bar following the first day of meeting activities on Wednesday, December 13th 5:30-6:30pm ET. The social hour location is within walking distance of the meeting venue. We hope you can join us!
Ground Transportation
The meeting venue and hotel are located on the same street block, and therefore within walking distance of each other.
The Metrorail is a train that offers low-cost transportation around the D.C. area. You can easily plan your train route via the Metro trip planner. Simply enter your departure location and destination, and the planner will provide train directions.
The meeting venue and hotel are walkable to the Metro Center Station. There are also Metro stations at both airports (Reagan and Dulles), where you can board the Metro and arrive to the conference area.
Uber, Lyft, and airport taxis are also available for ground transportation.
